Ahmet Dedeler built the Morrow (formerly Glow-Up) app as a commercial app. This service is provided by Ahmet Dedeler and is intended for use as is.
Morrow helps you improve your appearance, fitness, and confidence with a personalized, AI-generated plan. This page explains what information the app collects and why.
What face data we collect.The only face data Morrow collects is the photos you choose to take or upload in the app (a face close-up, and optionally a side profile and a head-to-toe shot), plus the results our AI produces from them: a written description of visible features (for example face shape, hair type, skin), the positions of the markers drawn on your photo, and any edited "try it on" previews you ask for. Morrow does not use Face ID, the TrueDepth camera, ARKit face tracking, or face geometry, and does not create face prints, face templates, or any biometric identifier. We never use your face to identify or recognize you.
How we use it. Only to give you the features you asked for: your personalized plan, the markers on your photo, and the previews you request. We do not use face data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or identification, we do not sell it, and we never use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with. Before anything is sent, the app shows a screen explaining that your photos and answers go to OpenAI, and asks for your permission. If you agree, your photos and answers are sent from our server to OpenAI, L.L.C. (the OpenAI API) to produce your plan and previews. OpenAI processes this data only on our behalf, does not use API data to train its models, and may keep it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deleting it. Our server asks OpenAI not to store the results. Your photos are stored by Convex, our hosting provider, in private storage that only your account can access. No other third party receives your face data, and no analytics event contains a photo.
Where it is stored.On your phone, in the app's private storage, and on our servers hosted by Convex, in private file storage tied to your anonymous account.
How long we keep it.For as long as you keep your account, so your plan and previews stay available and you can track progress over time. You can delete it whenever you want from You → "Delete my account & data". That permanently and immediately deletes your photos, generated previews, answers, and plan from our servers and from your phone. You can also email us and we will delete it within 30 days.
We do not sell your personal data.
I value your trust in providing your personal information and use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings in the app, or by emailing me. I honor GDPR and CCPA requests.
Morrow is intended for users 12 and older. If you are under 18, use it with a parent's or guardian's permission. If you believe a child under 12 has given us personal information, email me and I will delete it.
