Thoughts On Gym
Why would anyone spend a lot of time surrounded by metal and ceiling? moving the same metal back and forth, for countless times?
Better to do a social sport, or even a fun activity that helps you get stronger (skiing, surfing, wrestling, hiking, etc.), but not gym.
Creating muscle for the sake of creating muscle is dumb. If someone is doing that, it's most likely for materialistic reasons.
It should be a byproduct, not the primary goal, in my humble opinion.
